“ this place is amazing. the workers keara and ariana were so so friendly and were extremely helpful. will definitely be coming back, the cupcake i had was also very delicious! (vegan red velvet) ”
“ Had a bunch of cupcakes catered, and heard they're a neighborhood institution so was looking forward to how these would taste. Honestly, they were quite moist and as far as cupcakes go, quite enjoyable. I'm not a huge fan of cupcakes and tend to think they're too sweet, and some of them definitely had that saccharine flavor but overall, really good cupcakes! The frosting was smooth and not too heavy, either. They also have a variety of other desserts, so if you're getting a bunch of things for an event, they can provide which is great. Especially now since who knows when Little Red Hens will open, Sprinkles stays the cupcake master of UES. Would definitely order from here again for another event that requires desserts. They also have vegan cupcakes, which weren't bad. ”
“ Love sprinkles. I wish they had more locations throughout the city because the cupcakes are baked fresh and delicious. The customer service is always good. I was told by one of the employees that I could order online for pickup. That was great for me because everytime I went to visit they were sold out of the flavors I wanted. I would say if you want a limited edition flavor you should definitely order online for pickup. The coquito was popular so I'm glad I got mines. They did a good job with. I hope they bring it back next winter season. Sprinkles get a thumbs up from me. Happy Yelping! ”
“ Tiny cupcake and cookie shop. I tried: - Dark chocolate cupcake ($5.10) - Lemon blueberry cupcake ($5.10) The dark chocolate cupcake's frosting was excellent. Thick, rich, sweet, and creamy just the way I like it. The cake was crumbly and somewhat airy. Almost as good as Little Cupcake Bakeshop. The lemon blueberry cupcake frosting was a delicious buttercream. Also excellent, but I prefer the chocolate ”
“ Sprinkles cupcakes are a classic! I love the red velvet but tried the caramel chocolate chip which was delicious (and seasonal I think!). It's small inside; there's one small bench but otherwise it's not really a spot to go if you want to sit for awhile. I got my order very quickly. ”
“ Gotta love this spot for some cute cupcakes Pros: + Great variety of cupcakes - My favorite ones to always get are the red velvet + Reasonably priced + Seasonal flavors - I wait all year for the pumpkin spice flavored ones and the holiday flavors. They just make my day! Cons: - Limited parking nearby - Specialty cupcakes run out pretty quickly. Top Favorite Flavors to Try: 1. Vietnamese Coffee Cupcake 2. Hampton Water Rose Cupcakes 3. Cuban Coffee (rarely sold nowadays) 4. S'mores 5. Pumpkin Latte (only in the fall though) IG: QueenOfAdventureNYC ”
“ To be honest, I'm surprised Sprinkles still exists but lo and behold, the UES has a location that's still standing! Truthfully, inside is quite empty, but filled with cupcakes, chocolate, merch and more. My friend and I came for the Honkai Star Rail event and were in and out in about a minute flat. It was speedy! The cupcakes are still as delicious as I remember. The frosting is buttery and sweet. The blueberries in this version tasted fresh and the cake had a butteriness as well. This is definitely a dessert you want to pace yourself with or share with a friend. ”
“ I went to pick up my free cupcake, and this was one of the smoothest transactions I've had in a while! The worker finished assisting the person ahead of me ( I walked up a bit too soon), and I explained I tried to do the whole thing online, but it wouldn't let me check out. No Problem! He took my number and pulled up my account, asked which Cupcake I wanted, I told him, and he keyed it in and 1,2,3 I was done! In and out! The store wasn't crowded and I could see why! They were fast and efficient! They had limited edition Barbie cupcakes so of course I went for that! ”
“ Great holiday cupcakes! Stopped by Sprinkles and picked up a few of their special cupcakes for the holidays. Nicely decorated and delicious. Service was efficient and friendly. Still miss the store that they used to have in Brookfield Place in Lower Manhattan (which I used to go regularly) but this one operates well also. ”
